It’s been 4 weeks since the unbelievably devastating firestorm that swept through Sonoma County on October 9th. It was the biggest fire storm in CA history and it has left our town grieving and devastated.
As I sat down to edit Greg & Gloria’s wedding after the fires, seeing their photos brought tears to my eyes. Their wedding was held at Mark West Lodge which was one of the biggest impacted areas of the fires. Thankfully, The Lodge was one of the few buildings that was spared by some miracle. It’s a joy to look back at these photos and be so thankful that such a beautiful venue is still standing in the midst of all this darkness!
Greg & Gloria’s wedding day was nothing short of beautiful as they said I Do under the fall sunshine. It was an honor to photograph their happiest day and give them memories to cherish for a lifetime. They were all smiles throughout the day and were overjoyed to be surrounded by their friends and family. Greg & Gloria chose to do a first look and do all their photos before the ceremony and it was perfect! It’s one of my favorite things to photograph…such an intimate moment they share between each other.
Many thanks to the wonderful creative team who put together such a fabulous day.
