There are moments in life when words fail me, and now is one such moment. Saturday, I spent the day celebrating a wedding extraordinarily close to my heart. My younger sister, Claire, married her high school sweetheart, Garrett. Together, in our backyard, they ushered in a new beginning and I couldn’t have been more proud.
After 10 months of planning, anticipation, details, sweat, & tears, they promised themselves to each other for the rest of their life. Their wedding was an incredible example of Christ’s love and was everything they dreamed about. Such a surreal experience having your sister be the bride, wouldn’t trade that day for the world.
